6. How Can We Move Forward?
The answer lies in developing existing virtual teams and enhancing leadership skills—ones that can effectively integrate digital tools while navigating the complexities of diverse national cultures among employees and customers alike.


Additionally, we must explore entirely new approaches to virtual team structures. The goal? To tackle pressing challenges such as maximizing resource efficiency, addressing the shortage of skilled professionals, and mitigating increasingly common workplace well-being issues—like burnout.

We should also raise important questions: Are there industries where virtual teams could be beneficial but have yet to be utilized? Many potential opportunities may still be untapped.


Thorough research and adequate preparation are crucial. Poorly planned projects only lead to frustration, increasing costs while failing to deliver financial benefits.


With proper suitability testing and well-thought-out preparations, virtual teams hold great potential for achieving key objectives—such as strengthening global expertise and enhancing digital competitiveness.
