Hi, I'm Tuija Isohella. Building and developing teams has been a central part of my career. I have led long-term, high-performing teams as a store manager and participated in international corporate development and construction projects in a leadership role.

My extensive experience across various industries has given me deep insight into the challenges and opportunities of teamwork from the perspective of individual team members.

I became familiar with virtual and global virtual teams during my studies at the University of Vaasa, where I earned my Master’s degree in Economics in 2019. My studies involved extensive virtual collaboration and international group work, which strengthened my interest in virtual teams. My thesis focused on trust management in multinational virtual teams, and I have applied this knowledge in global virtual teams within non-profit organizations as well.

I help organizations build strong virtual teams and foster inclusive and effective collaboration across borders.
