I’m Tuija Isohella. I’ve lived the everyday reality of growing businesses for over thirty years – in retail, catering, food production and customer-facing roles. I know what it means to lead a team when resources are limited and pressure is high.

In 2019 I graduated with a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vaasa, specialising in international virtual teams. That wasn’t a coincidence – I had already seen in practice how much businesses lose when international collaboration goes in the wrong direction.

Now I bring these two together – practical experience and academic foundation – to help growing businesses build their international virtual team the right way.
